     anybody know if the maxisys can do a crank relearn on 14  15 fiat

     It does crank relearns on a lot of Fiats. You can check the function viewer if you know the model. When you start your tablet, swipe the screen towards the left twice. You will find the function viewer there. Chryslers are missing in the function viewer as Witsend has pointed out but the rest are there as far as I know.
     By the way, what state is your shop in (that is if you are in the US)?
